Participant Capacity & Selection

We are curating an intimate and high-level collaborative environment. Space is strictly limited to ensure quality portfolio work for everyone involved.

• Models: 30 Selects

  • Status: $250 Paid Registration Required Once Selected.

  • Details: Models must register to apply. Only selected models will be invoiced/required to pay the attendance fee for the full event experience by January 11th 2026

• Photographers: 6 Selects

  • Status: No Fee - You will be paid $500 after image delivery (Hand Selected).

  • Details: Must register to be considered. Selection based on portfolio strength and style compatibility. You must provide House Of Media 5-10 edited print ready images for each model by Feb 10th 2026. Logos may be on prints if a print release is provided.

• Designers: 3 Selects

  • Status: No Fee (Hand Selected).

  • Details: Must register to showcase a collection. Looking for winter/avant-garde aesthetics, props and/or wardrobes for model usage.

• HMUA (Hair & Makeup Artistry): 2 Teams

  • Status: No Fee (Hand Selected) each model will pay a separate fee for HMUA services $25 each and will be paid to selected HMUA.

  • Details: Must register as a team or individual lead. Responsible for the "Winter Wonderland" creative looks for models that request and paid for services.
